Founded in 2004 by music and entertainment executive Steve Tramposch between Senior A&R titles at Capitol Music Group and Elektra Entertainment, it quickly grew into a success, teaming with industry and other partners to develop and launch talents, products and campaigns that experienced rapid growth despite historic, industry-wide decline.
